Construction progress monitoring software
Construction progress proof for when money is at stake
Dated 3D evidence of what's built. Close disputes and back every valuation with it
- Disputes closed on record
- Valuations backed by what's built
- Full record handed to the client
Track construction progress and spot slippage early
Put two dated walks side by side and see what stalled, before it delays handover
- Earlier handover, fewer penalties
- Early warning from dated walks
Verify as-built against BIM before it gets rebuilt
Every trade works from one model. Defects, clashes and hazards get pinned before the next trade covers them
- Less rework
- One view for every trade
- Defects and hazards pinned early
Verify the site from your office
Walk any floor from your desk. Make fewer trips to site, and trace damage to the trade that caused it
- Fewer site visits
- Trades held to account
The 360° walk is your site documentation
One 360° walk, and the AI writes the report. No repeat laser scans. The record stays with the building for life
- AI reports from the walk
- One walk, not repeat scans
- Handed over for O&M

SpatialSense is global-grade software at Asia pricing.
- Local language support

Without it, scans sit on one drive, photos in WhatsApp and the model on someone’s laptop. Finding the latest version, or comparing two dates, means digging through all of it.
Walk a real 360° site capture right here
Real sites, walked in 360°, compared across two dates, then checked against the BIM model
Believe your own eyes, not the paperwork
- Quality & coordination
Catch it before it gets rebuilt
Less rework, caught before the next trade covers it
How it works - Payment & disputes
Proof for when money is at stake
Disputes closed on record, with dated 3D evidence
How it works - Avoid delays
Spot slippage while it's still cheap
Deliver on time, earlier handover, fewer penalties
How it works - Remote monitoring
The site comes to your office
Fewer site visits, review the floor from the office
How it works - Less paperwork
The walk is the record
Reports write themselves, AI reports from the walk
How it works
Five site problems, and how we fix them
What each one costs you, and the part of SpatialSense that deals with it
Catch defects before they're built over
- Pin issues on the exact spotDrop a pin in the 360° walk, assign an owner and track it to done
- Overlay your BIMSee where the as-built drifts from design while the work is still open
- Safety hazard detection (coming soon)Hazards are picked out of the walk and pinned for the team to clear
Settle disputes with the record, not memory
- Every walk is datedReopen any past capture and show exactly what stood on site that day
- Measure on the point cloudCheck distances, areas and quantities on what is actually built, before you submit
- Share it in the browserHand the client the whole record, with no software for them to install
See what's done and what's stalled
- Compare any two datesPut the same viewpoint from two walks side by side, locked together as you pan
- Check what is reported as doneConfirm finished work really is finished, with the date on it
- What changed, in writingThe AI report lists what moved between walks and what did not
Verify without a site visit
- Walk the site from your deskA 360° walk with the floor plan alongside, on any device
- An owner on every itemEach pin has an assignee and a status
- A dated trailStep back through earlier walks to see when the damage appeared
Stop writing up what you already saw
- AI progress reportsTwo dated walks in, a site report out, each finding tied to its 360° image
- One walk instead of repeat scansWalk the site with Trace and a 360° camera, then view it next to the scans you already have. Book a demo to get Trace
- Kept for operationsThe full dated record hands over with the building for O&M
For the teams that build and run sites
One dated record of the site, used seven ways. If it's a site, you can capture it
- 01
Construction
Track progress against the programme and pin issues on the spot
- 02
Infrastructure & civil
Keep roads, tunnels and public works on one dated record, checked against the BIM model
- 03
Heritage & conservation
Make the first measured record of a site and rate its condition before restoration starts
- 04
Facilities & data centres
Keep an as-built record of plant rooms and services you can walk without a site visit
- 05
Surveying & engineering
Measure straight off the point cloud and share it in a browser, nothing to install
- 06
Real estate
Let owners and investors follow the build from overseas, without flying in
- 07
Mining
Capture pits and haul roads on a schedule and see what changed between surveys

A site record with no gaps between visits
The challenge
Walk-based capture only records the moments someone is on site. Pours, lifts and back-fills happen between visits, and once they are covered there is no evidence left. Hong Kong now requires a co-supervision platform on every large public works contract, and its checklist includes checking rebar fixing.
What they did with SpatialSense
Fixed LiDAR stations on poles and structures scan each working zone every 15 to 30 minutes, day and night, with no operator. Each scan is georeferenced and checked against the design BIM model. Station health is monitored and fixed remotely.
The result
Work that gets covered the same day is still in the record, dated and in position. Deviations show up against the design model, not in photos pieced together later.
- Since June 2024a continuous, dated record of the site
- Every 15–30 mina full scan, with no one on site to run it
- Scan vs BIMdeviations checked against the design model
